Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This draw is not open to employees of Tourism Ireland, participating carriers, their families, or any agency working directly on this project. 
2. All entrants and winners must be residents of India and be aged 18 or over on 1st January 2010.
3. No correspondence will be entered into. 
4. No purchase is necessary. 
5. The prize is valued at Euro 4000 including 2 air fares and the winner can tailor make his itinerary as per his requirements 
6. The lucky draw will be announced on 15th January 2011. The prize is subject to availability. 
7. The prizes are correct at the time going to press, but the promoter reserves the right to alter the details if necessary. 
8. There is no cash prize alternative available. 
9. By entering this draw, you agree that the information provided by you may be used by us for the administration of this draw, and we may also use the information to carry out research about this competition and communicate future promotions to you. 
10. Prize winner will be posted on the website after the draw 
11. Promoter: Tourism Ireland. 
12. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free prize/s, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize 
13. The responsibility of getting a Valid Passport and Visa is that of the contest winners and no support will extended for the same 
14. Tourism Ireland and its partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s). 
15. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Tourism Ireland and its partners. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions as stated above
