Brú Ború Summer Show

Cashel

25 June 2013 - 10 August 2013

During the summer months from June right through until late August enjoy traditional Irish entertainment nights at the Brú Ború Summer Shows. These run every Tuesday to Saturday at 9pm. The performers are some of the very best in Ireland and have travelled the world performing their show. Brú Ború takes pride in showcasing authentic Irish traditional entertainment, through music, song, dance and storytelling. After the live show visitors are invited to join the performers for a seisiún in the Teach Ceoil (house of music). Tea/coffee and scones are served here as well as offering a bar facility. In this informal seisiún people are invited to partake in the fun and are also taught a few steps of a famous Irish dance. This is a truly unique experience that has enthralled thousands of people each year. Prior to the shows proceedings visitors can avail of a pre-show dinner which is served in the adjoining restaurant. Pre-booking is required. Visitors to the shows are also invited to explore the subterranean exhibition 'Sounds of History', where they can get an even greater insight into Ireland's unique culture and heritage through a series of self-guided audio/visual presentations. Dates to be confirmed
