The Tag Festival will take place on the Saturday, between 10am and 9:30pm. It will consist of 254 teams - 4 divisions of 64 teams. Each team will play between 3 and 6 games of 16 - 18 minutes. There will be between 12 and 15 players per team. This will provide between 2880 and 3810 registered players, we are estimating that there will be approximately 3000 players in attendance to break the Guinness World Record of 2610. Apart from the world record attempt the festival will have many activities going on throughout the weekend. On the Friday evening there will be a Celebrity Game with some well known local and national faces showing off their rugby skills. There will also be a live music stage set up with numerous bands playing during the festival.
