Kilkenny City Big Heart Walk (as part of World Heart Day) will take place on Sunday 30th September at Kilkenny Castle Park. This is a free event and will start at 12noon. Each September, hundreds of walks are organised throughout the country with thousands of walkers of all ages out in force. By joining the Kilkenny City Big Heart Walk, you can help celebrate World Heart Day with the Irish Heart Foundation and help reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.
