Tulca - Season of Visual Arts

Tulca is a multi-venue visual art festival which takes place in Galway City and County annually since 2002. The programme includes local and national artists, as well as international artists who are invited to showcase their work in Galway. Tulca is funded by Galway City and County Councils, as well as the Arts Council of Ireland, and is run by a voluntary board. The vision of the Tulca Festival is to be accessible to a wide-ranging audience featuring local and international exhibitions, live art performances, talks and discussions with free admission to all events.
