Monaghan Rhythm & Blues Festival, one of Europe's best blues festivals, is found in this great, wee town of Monaghan. Come along and enjoy some great U.S artists in the late night marquee, where the music does not stop until 3am. There will be 3 acts on each night from 10.30pm over 3 nights (tickets €20 per night). The Market House, a building dating back to 1792, is host to some fine acoustic acts from the States and closer to home. Five performers will bring you back to the roots of the blues along the Mississippi River (€15 per day) Finally, 11 great blues acts make themselves at home in 7 great venues with over 40 gigs and no cover charge!
