The Old Crescent RFC in Limerick is the setting for the Pig 'n' Porter Tag Rugby Festival - the world's largest tag rugby festival. Hundreds of fit male and female players experience the best tag rugby has to offer while having a hugely enjoyable weekend! With 120 teams travelling from Ireland, the UK & France, split over two venues and 24 pitches, the tag tournament is organized by ITRA whose team of 35 staff ensure everything runs smoothly. Once the tagging has finished, players congregate in the massive marquee erected at the rugby club for a party night like no other, which combines the two staples of a good tag player's diet – plenty of pig and plenty of porter! A festival not to be missed!
