The largest piece of natural wild land remaining within the urban area of Belfast. The UNESCO award winning Bog Meadows, managed by the Ulster Wildlife Trust, is a safe haven for wildlife and a fun place for visitors of all ages. The 47 acre site consists of wetland, grassland and woodland habitats, and is home to all manner of wildlife. Within easy reach of the city centre and situated at the end of the M1 motorway, the Bog Meadows offers a great day out. A wheelchair accessible path network provides free access all year round, with car parking on site.
