Built pre. 1835. " A large two-storey stuccoed house of pleasing proportions with projecting portico with arched openings" ( UAHS). Its builder, a Royal Naval Officer, originally named the house "Chatham". In 1994 St. Columb's Park House became a centre for reconciliation.
