The rocky coastline from the Eisenhower Pier to Kingsland is one of the most rewarding drives and walks in North Down. Start from Tower House taking the Seacliff Road past The Long Hole. This is a naturally well protected basin which was in Victorian Times the winter berth of two of the famous Bangor Boats, paddle steamers which made daily round trips from Belfast.
As you approach the landscaped area of Kingsland the Royal Ulster Yacht Club House can be seen overlooking Ballyholme Bay.
The public park and play areas have a challenging pitch and putt course, tennis courts, childrens playground and putting greens alongside the 120 space car park and picnic area.
