We sell Aberdeen Angus beef which has been born and reared on the farm. Our cattle are all born and bred on the farm and are reared solely for beef, so we have complete control of their management, diet and welfare to produce healthy contented livestock. The meat is hung for three to four weeks to mature before it is cut, packed and frozen for convenience into handy sized packs ready for delivery or sale from the farm.
