Framar Health are located in Belfast, Northern Ireland and are an independent Health Food retailer and member of the National Association of Health Stores.

Framar Health came on to the health scene in 1981 and since then has become a great place of natural care to an increasing number of people who are interested in the complementary/alternative approach to health.

Their shops are now fully equipped to meet the demands of the new technological age, now reaching out through the World Wide Web to a global audience. They are well stocked with herbal, homoeopathic and nutritional medicines as well as a range of natural foods.

Framar prides itself on the extensive range of specialist foods especially the Gluten-free range which has become increasingly popular over the past few years.

The "Health notes Information" database enables customers to have information about these specialist diets and how to incorporate them into a day to day routine. Staff are on hand to assist with all enquiries of this nature.

Framar health is one of three affiliated clinics in the UK which help to make up the Jan de Vries Health Care Centres.

Jan de Vries is one of the world's best known alternative practitioners holds a 3 day clinic at their Lisburn Road Branch every month.
