- Directions: From Donegal town head towards Killybegs (road N56 which becomes R263 as you enter Killybegs approx 26km). Entering Killybegs continue along the shore road until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit for Kilcar and at the next junction turn left for Kilcar again. Continue on this road for 10km and then take the left turn off marked Cill Charthaigh which is the Irish name for Kilcar. You are now entering the village of Kilcar. Continue along the road down the hill past the church, shops and pubs and at the bottom of the town go over the bridge and Studio Donegal is on the left hand side.

Studio Donegal is a family run hand-weaving and clothing manufacturing business located in the picturesque village of Kilcar, County Donegal. Visitors are invited to tour the facilities and observe our hand-weavers at work Monday to Friday. Admission is free. In our factory shop we offer our tweed throws, men’s and ladies clothing, hats and accessories as well as Donegal Yarns knitting wool and a selection of contemporary and traditional knitwear. We also stock a selection Irish made jewellery to complement our tweeds and complete our range.
