Miltown Malbay is a relatively small, sandy beach with A rocky shoreline. There are good walks around the headland. The beach is lifeguard patrolled throughout the bathing season (lifeguard patrol times are displayed on the information noticeboard at the beach). There are restaurants and shops in MiItown Malbay.
