Run by Roberto and Celine Pons, La Dolce Vita serves up authentic Italian fare in Wexford Town. It is a great place to meet, whether for a quick coffee and dessert, or to leisurely enjoy a selection of delectable Italian cheeses and hams, fragrant wines and good company. The restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, also has some more serious dishes, like grilled sea bass with salmoriglio dressing and Italian sausage with lentils. Don’t leave without tasting at least one of Roberto’s lovely desserts, too: a perfect panna cotta, orange and lemon tart, or a classic tiramisu, with a really good coffee. La Dolce Vita is a member of Good Food Ireland.
