Pettigo War Memorials

Pettigo Village in County Donegal hosts three contrasting War Memorials. The first is for those who died in World War One, the second, to the Irish Republican Army volunteers who died when the British Army invaded Pettigo in 1922 and the third commemorates the British victory over the Russians at the Battle of Sevastopol in l856 during the Crimean War.
