Músaem Chorca Dhuibhne, located in Baile an Fheirtéaraigh or Ballyferriter in County Kerry. It is an ideal place to get a taste of the archaeology, history and culture of the Dingle Peninsula. There is a bookshop, a café with home baking and the local people who work here are extremely knowledgeable about the area. They will help to answer any questions you may have and help you find out how to get to all the various nearby interesting sites, natural and man made. Corca Dhuibhne is one of the most spectacularly beautiful areas in Ireland, some of its geological formations are 410 million years old. The museum tells this story.
