Lismore Golf Club, founded in 1965, is situated in west Waterford, 1 km (0.6 miles) north of Lismore off the N72. The course lies in beautiful undulating parkland with mature hardwood trees near the Heritage town of Lismore. This 9-hole, mature parkland course is located on the banks of the River Blackwater, beside Lismore Castle. Visitors are welcome, except on Sunday mornings. Wednesday is ladies' day. This course is a challenge to golfers of all abilities.
