Take the Killarney to Kenmare road to the main entrance to the National Park. This particular tour is best done by jaunting car, bicycle or on foot, as cars only have access to Muckross House car park. The trip will take you right through the Muckross Demesne to Dinis. Things to see along the way include Muckross Abbey, Muckross House and Gardens, Colleen Bawn Rock, Brickeen Bridge, Dinis Cottage and Torc Waterfall. This area has some of the finest and most beautiful scenery in Ireland and affords magnificent views of the Lake district. The round trip from Killarney and back again is approximately 21km.
