Established in 1995 by chef Brendan Murphy after working round the world in famous places such as Windows of the World N.Y.C, The Queen Elizabeth Montreal, CN Tower Toronto, The Palace Gstaad Switzerland, Atlantic Hotel Hamburg, many Hiltons as exec in USA and the Great Southern Killarney. He cooked for George Bush Snr, Queen of England, Willie Brandt and many more. The chef brings all his experience to this charming 80 seater restaurant adorned with all his own personal original oil paintings in the city’s most historical area under the Bells. The Bistro use only fresh local produce and is famous for its sirloin steak. Everything is cooked to order. The Four Liars also cater for vegetarians and coeliacs.
