Ballinamona Golf Course opened in August 2000. It is aimed at the visiting golfer and will also be of interest to the many golfers in the greater Cork City area. All greens are constructed to USGA standards with a sand/peat mix and can be played in adverse weather conditions. The course is located just off the main Cork/Mallow road and is easily accessible. It is situated in an attractive area of undulating landscape with panoramic views, in an area of historical interest. The course has many interesting features including lakes and water hazards, and is surrounded by wooded and green belt area. "Unique - spectacular creation, seeing is believing."
