- School description: Located in the pretty medieval town of Ennis, our school is close to some of the most famous scenery in the west of Ireland including the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren area.Accommodation is arranged with host families, self catering apartments/houses, B&B`s and hotels.
- Courses available: Long term courses include General English Courses, Preparation Courses for TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC and the Cambridge Examinations. We also offer short term Intensive, E.S.P. and Business English Courses throughout the year. In summer we run an Adult Summer Course and an English and Activities programme for teenagers.
- Courses Offered: Clare Language Centre in Ennis is running a programme in February and September 2009 called "Experience Ireland". The course is designed for English language teachers who are looking to upgrade their skills in temrs of teaching methodology and practice, whilst combing their studies with courses in archaeology, Irish literature, traditional and popular Irish music, Celtic art and history. Creative writing will also be an option. Excursions will take place to the Burren, local nature reserves, and festivals which will be taking place during the courses, such as the Ennis Book Club Festival, Doonbeg Drama Festival, Ennis Trad Festival, Kilkee Strand Racing and festivals further afield in Galway, Kerry and Cork.

Founded in 1992, the Clare Language Centre gives students the opportunity to learn English in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis. Students are welcome to stay in the school all day, make lunch, or have tea and coffee in the kitchen, chat to other students and the staff, or use the library and the internet.
