Glen Of The Downs Golf Club
The course plays similar to a links course, featuring elevated tees and excellent bunkers. True to many great golfers’ expectations, there are moments of near heartbreak and sheer delight while playing this course. Highlights include a five-tier double green that is shared by the eighth and 10th holes. The Glen of the Downs parkland course was designed by Peter McEvoy. Retaining the character of the surrounding nature while sculpting exciting features, the result is a course that is suitable to all golfing conditions. The 18-hole, 6,443yd course is challenging yet offers enjoyment to players of every level. The course is built to USGA-specified sand-based tees and greens.
