Castle Golf Club
The Castle Golf Club is only five miles from Dublin city centre, boasts fantastic views of the Dublin Mountains and offers a challenge to golfers of all handicaps.One of the very best parkland courses in Ireland, this Harry S. Colt design is wonderfully maintained and is always in top condition. The 18-green complexes were upgraded in 2003 with the assistance of Jeff Howes Golf Design and these changes have added to the quality of the golf course.
Directions :
From the west, south or north, exit the M50 at the Tallaght interchange heading for the city centre. At the next roundabout take the third exit. At the next traffic lights take a right and continue over Templeogue bridge, take the left at the next traffic lights. Continue on until you see Rathfarnham Shopping Centre on your left. Immediately after the shopping centre (at traffic lights) turn left and continue to a T-junction. Take a right at the T-junction which brings you onto the Dodder Road. Continue through the next lights (Dodder Bridge) and take the right turn after the next lights, this will bring you onto Woodside Drive, continue up the hill and the entrance will be in front of you on a sharp bend.
