Pets entering Ireland from Great Britain

There are no restrictions on animals being brought into Ireland from Britain. There are special regulations applied to some dogs, for example pit bull terriers. 

Pets entering Ireland and the UK from the continent 

Pets can travel onto Ireland without quarantine, provided they satisfy the requirements of the UK PETS Pilot Project.
