Tourism Ireland Market Book Competition Rules
1. This competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over except employees of Tourism Ireland, their agencies, members of their families and any one else professionally associated with the promotion.
2. Entrants may make one entry using the form located on www.discoverireland.com/planner.
3. A winner will be selected at random from all entries received by October 30th 2009. The winner will be informed within 14 days of the draw date. Details of the winner will be available on www.discoverireland.com/planner from December 15th, 2009. The winner may be required to partake in any publicity surrounding the prize.
4. The prize includes flights, car hire and accommodation for 7 nights for 2 people.
5. The prize must be taken between February 2010 and June 2010, subject to availability. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the reader agrees that no liability shall attach itself to the Promoter as a result thereof.
7. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by the rules. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged entries.
