Description

Derry City Londonderry - Northern Ireland

Clarence House Guesthouse was bought and founded by the late Mr Thomas Slevin in 1962 and is now 49 years in business. The house itself is 113 years old as it was built in 1899. It is an old Victorian town house, which was a private home, owned by the late Mr Hazlet, until it was taken over and converted into a guesthouse and run by Mrs Eleanor Slevin until she retired in 2002. The guesthouse today is run by Mr Michael Slevin who will always have a warm welcome for everyone. It is now a licenced guesthouse and hopefully will continue to be run to the excellent standard that has come to be expected of our customers and ourselves.
