Samphreda is a beautiful cottage situated in a scenic rural area close to Newcastle, Dundrum and all the amenities of the area, including golf, hill walking, forest parks and beaches. The cottage is suitable for families and couples and sleeps up to four persons. Situated in a quiet rural location in the hamlet of Claragh, the cottage is set in its own grounds and has views of the mourne mountains. The whole cottage exudes an aura of peace, tranquility and quiet charm guaranteed to relax even the most stressed minds. Sleeping accommodation consists of one double room and one twin room. The bathroom is suitable for those with mobility difficulties and the fully fitted kitchen is well equipped.

There is a large garden, decked patio area with built-in barbecue and ample parking.
