Bangor Down - Northern IrelandBayburn Cottage is a beautifully restored traditional Irish Cottage, originally built around 1850.
Set in the centre of the idylic village of Crawfordsburn, Bayburn Cottage is directly opposite the famous Crawfordsburn Inn, which has been operating since 1614. Within a stones throw of the cottage is the Bayburn Trail which leads down through the Crawfordsburn Country Park to the Visitor Centre, Woodlands Cafe, beach and coastal path, which runs from Holywood to Bangor.
Directly outside Bayburn Cottage are bus stops which will take you to Holywood or Belfast in one direction, and Bangor in the other.
