Gortin is situated in the heart of the sperrins and is surrounded by the Gortin Glens and Lakes. It is the perfect retreat to escape to. Gortin has 4 pubic houses, 2 restaurants a chinese and also a take away. There is 3 shops in the village and a bank link. There is an onsite activity centre run by The Adventure Team who will provide you with activities suited to your needs and work with both groups and familys who come to stay here. They do canoeing,water scrambling,walking,archery,team games,biking and coasteering plus many many more activities!The beautiful Owenkillew river runs beside the vilage and it opens up the opportunity for fishing.To book accommodation/activites please ring 028816 48390.
