You will find us nestled between Lough Meelagh and Lough Skean within the grounds of Castletenison Demesne (now Kilronan Castle Estate) and at the foot of Kilronan Mountain. The house was the residence for the coachmen or “jarvey” for the castle. In recent years it has been renovated, and is now a beautiful homely B&B. Ballyfarnon, a busy little market town is a short drive away and the pretty all Ireland tidy town winner Keadue is also close by. The entrance to the castle itself is located less than 500 meters from our B&B. Nearby, we have the ruins of the old Abbey of Kilronan which is now the resting place of the last of the Irish Bards, Turlough O’Carolan. Across the road from the Abbey on the shore of Lough Meelagh is St Lasair's Holy Well. You will be very warmly welcomed at our comfortable home, with the peace and tranquillity that it and the location have to offer.
