Close to the local amenities and Sandymount Village which is utterly charming, with friendly pubs, trendy cafes, smart restaurants, boutiques, fresh food shops, supermarkets clustered around the village green. The property is close to bus and train and between Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire Port if you are travelling by ferry. Dublin Airport is also easily accessible by aircoach taxi or hired car. This location also makes it easy to access the M50 and most national routes. As there are secure private gardens and pets are welcome.
