GREENMOUNT HAWTHORNS

Located within the grounds of the owners holiday home are these two bedroomed properties which are furnished to a very high standard. Situated approx 3km from the centre of Westport down an unadopted road. Each property has open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor. The kitchens have single oven with 4 ring hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The bathroom has a bath with shower and wc. Most importantly on the first floor is the switch for the boiler and the hot water-many people are unaware! The properties each have electric wall heaters and colour tv. They share a paved patio area to the rear as well as a tumble dryer stored in the wooden outhouse (or shed as we prefer to call it). Heating, electric and bedding are included in the rate. The keys are collected from the caretaker who lives next door. When originally inspected the properties were given a 3* rating by Failte Ireland. The higher 4* rating could not be awarded as the units only have one bathroom each. A security deposit may be requested.
