This two bed roomed, ground floor apartment, has all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, satellite TV, DVD/video comb-bi unit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, three in one stereo, open fire with a supply of fuel, storage heating and bed linen and towels. Electricity is charged separately. There is parking space at front door. The apartment has wooden floors throughout, giving a low allergen environment. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio only. Booking can be arranged by credit / laser card with the owner. Collection from the ferryport or airport can be arranged. The apartment is cleaned and managed by the owner with hygiene and cleanliness a priority. Guests are greeted by the owner on arrival. Wexford is a bustling medieval town surrounded by many long sandy beaches, some extending to 7km, happy days for walkers and water sport enthusiasts.
