The Spires self catering holiday accommodation is based in the heart of Ireland in County Laois. It is ideally located for golfing, fishing, boating, hill walking and touring the midlands of Ireland. The Spires is set in the old Brockley Park estate, with an 18th century walled orchard. The ten-foot brick and stone walls give an amazing sense of privacy and warmth. The entire estate is well endowed with a superb range of mature trees including the original apple, pear and fig trees. The main house comprises of seven ensuite rooms, a kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room. The house is renowned for its level of comfort and aesthetic appeal. The main house has been rated as a four star by the Irish Tourist Board. Brockley Park is situated on a private cul-de-sac less than a mile from the picturesque village of Stradbally and a 30 minute drive from the medieval city of Kilkenny. The area around The Spires is blessed with beautiful country side. A host of attractions, such as Ballghmore Castle, Gash Gardens or Donaghmore Workhouse and Agricultural Museam, make a visit to the area a time to remember.
