Templenoe Heights is a recently refurbished, two bedroom cottage, in a scenic rural setting on a hillside overlooking Kenmare Bay, in County Kerry. The master bedroom is a double ensuite and there is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. The house can sleeps four to five guests and enjoys stunning views over Kenmare Bay to the Caha Mountains and the Beara Peninsula. The property features a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area leading to large south facing patio and a half-acre garden. The property is equipped to a high standard and includes a utility area with a washing machine/tumble dryer. There is also an open fireplace, TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. Templenoe Heights is wheelchair accessible and has been rated as VAS Category 3 by Fáilte Ireland. Templenoe Heights is located just off the N70, 7.5 km from the heritage town of Kenmare, with its renowned restaurants and pubs. Nearby activities include golf at the Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club; walking in the forests and on the pebble Coss Strand beach; horse riding; trout and salmon fishing; and numerous water activities such as sailing, kayaking and swimming.
