Leenane Galway - Ireland WestLocated in a wild and unspoilt valley of extraordinary beauty, the 1000-acre Delphi estate is one of Ireland’s hidden treasures. The historic lodge, famous as a holiday hideaway, is surrounded by the tallest mountains in Connemara and overlooks the lakes and rivers of the Delphi valley famous for their salmon and seatrout fishing. There are five delightful holiday cottages on the Delphi estate. These little holiday cottages are very popular with those who prefer a more independent, self-catering approach to holiday accommodation. The Boathouse Cottage - Unit A is one of four two bedroom beautifully restored courtyard cottages. The cottage can sleep four to five guests. The local wildlife, featuring otters, badgers, pine martens, peregrine falcons and myriad wild flowers, is exceptional. The cottages are popular with fly fishermen, hill-walkers, artists and those in search of a quiet hideaway.
