Downings Donegal - Ireland WestTravellers can escape to a beautiful, rural location at Tra Na Rosann Hostel, which is situated on the Rosguill Peninsula near the village of Downings, County Donegal. The hostel was originally a hunting lodge designed by the famous English architect Sir Edwin Lutwens. Today, it can accommodate up to 26 people in its four-, six- and 10-bed rooms. Guests can also make use of the self-catering facilities. Downings is a great base for visiting Tory Island and the area’s beaches. The region is also wonderful for walking, swimming, fishing and cycling.
