For a relaxing stay in the lovely beachside resort of Tramore, visitors can choose Beach Haven Hostel, a family run property located just 10km from Waterford City. Hosts Niamh and Avery Coryell pride themselves on providing a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere for all guests. They place a special emphasis on family holidays, but also cater to sports teams and youth groups. Beach Haven Hostel comprises seven non-smoking guest rooms, including private rooms as well as female-only and mixed dorm rooms. All linen is provided. Guests can utilise the self-catering kitchen, TV lounge, laundry facilities and outdoor patio with barbecue. Free parking is also available in a private lot. Though breakfast is not generally included in the room rate, it can be provided at the adjacent Beach Haven House bed and breakfast. Tramore is a wonderful destination for a tranquil escape, as it has an amusement park, beaches, surfing, fishing, hiking, horse riding and golf. It is also a great base for exploring Waterford City and the surrounding area's not-to-be-missed sites, such as the Rock of Cashel, Christ Church Cathedral and Reginald’s Tower.
