Now in its seventeenth year, the Cahersiveen Festival of Music & the Arts has attracted visitors from all over the world. Every year brings new events and this year will be no exception! The main attraction is the stage in the centre of the town where great free open air concerts take place throughout the weekend. On the main streets, there will be entertainment for all the family from bar man's races to stilt walkers, busking, oysters & Guinness and much more. Guided walks, sailing, kayaking and specialised talks take place in various locations as well as late night music sessions in the pubs. The younger kids will not be left out with a dedicated area in the fair green which has bouncy castles, labyrinths, puzzle paths and animal farms.
