Fota Wildlife Park Christmas Fota Wildlife Park Christmas with Larry the Lemur at FOTA Fota Wildlife Park are having four magical weekends of Fun this year in the run up to christmas beginning on November 28/29th. The park’s very own mascot Larry the Lemur will be on hand with his own “Team Larry” to help you get in the mood for the festive season from 12pm until 4pm on each day. There will be arts & crafts, puppet shows, games and much more to cater for all the little one’s needs. Christmas with Larry runs on November 28/29th, December 5/6th, 12/13th and 19th/20th from 12pm – 4pm.

Carrigaline Wren Boys St Carnival The big attraction in Carrigaline on St Stephen’s Day, December 26th is the annual Wren Boys Street Festival. Traditional musicians, singers and dancers in bright colourful costumes and straw suits create great excitement as they entertain the crowds. It is a family fun day where all are encouraged to dance and sing along with the Wren Boys.

Madrigal'75 The vocal ensemble Madrigal'75 presents Duan Nollag, an evening of Christmas music in the Curtis Auditorium of the CIT Cork School of Music on Saturday 19th December, 8.00 p.m. Known for their fine, blended singing and ability to present music in a variety of styles, Madrigal '75 joins with the group’s own string ensemble.
