The Killala Community Festival is a community-based Festival, with an emphasis on history, culture, art and heritage. Opening night on Friday will include children's fun and games, live band on streets, and the annual car treasure hunt. Saturday is Children's Fun Day from 13.00-17.00. Killala Street Traders' Race takes place at 19.00. Sunday is Annual Heritage Day from 13.00-17.00. Come and try canoe and kayak sessions. Beat on the street is followed by fireworks at Killala Pier at 21.30.
