Kinlough —County Leitrim
Kinlough is the renowned location of Ross Friary where the 17th Century Annals of the Kingdom of Ireland were compiled by the Four Masters. Kinlough Folk Museum contains an original public bar, traditional furniture, newspaper cuttings and farm implements.
Visitors can follow a lovely walk from the village to the shores of Lough Melvin.
