Sean McCarthy Weekend Festival is a weekend of dancing & traditional music. Events include the Tom Crean Lecture, cross road dancing, a concert, the final of Sean McCarthy Ballad Competition, ceilis and more! The Sean McCarthy Ballad Competition provides an incentive for individuals to write original ballads & in some cases perform them in the final in Teach Siamsa Finuge.
