Mevagh Ramblers Walking Club, situated in the Carrigart and Downings area of Donegal have a walking festival on the 1st and 2nd of June, 2013. There will be a strenuous and moderate walk held each day, with alternative activities for non walkers and a lively night programme in place. This area is of exceptional beauty and is famous for its heritage, culture, warmth and hospitality. It has an ever changing variety of landscapes and seascapes and is a veritable artist’s paradise.
