What’s it all about?
On Sunday 5 June 2010, more than 75 world-class powerboats will leave Galway Bay in pursuit of the Around Ireland Offshore title. It’s the toughest endurance powerboat race on the international circuit, with five stages spread across six days bringing competitors from Galway, right around Ireland’s varied coastline and racing back to the City of the Tribes to claim victory. On shore in Galway, a festival of music, food and entertainment will keep race-watchers happy while they wait for the thrilling finale.
