Kilmore Quay —County Wexford
Kilmore Quay 19km southwest of Rosslare on Forlorn Point is a small fishing village full of charms with its thatched roofs, and whitewashed seaside cottages. It is possible to visit the uninhabited Saltee Islands from here, very popular with birdwatchers. The islands are directly on one of the most important migratory routes for birds traveling to the breeding or wintering grounds.
