Dromahair Leitrim - Ireland WestThe Fishermen's Rest is a beautiful traditional Irish cottage close to the shore of Lough Gill with its own pier. This one bedroom cottage is the perfect romantic rural retreat. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful protected woodland, some of the broad leaf trees being more than two hundred years old. The property is situated in a 'Special Area of Conservation' of scientific interest. From the cottage garden one has a magnificent view on Lough Gill and the surrounding mountains. There is shopping in the nearby village of Dromahair or Manorhamilton.
