Directions The golf club is on an island on Dublin Bay, 3 miles from city centre and access to Bull Island is via the famous wooden bridge. Drive through Fairview and follow signs for Clontarf.

Approved to Fáilte Ireland standards, which means the services and facilities have been independently checked out before you tee-off.  Formed in 1885 and receiving its royal designation in 1891, the Royal Dublin Golf Club is steeped in the history and tradition of Irish golf. It has been home to many championships, amateur and professional, with the highlights being three memorable Irish Opens staged from 1983 to 1985.
