From Shannon Airport follow the N18 to Limerick, at junction 4 continue forward onto the N18 Toll (signposted Limerick east toll) Travel through the Limerick tunnel. Leave the N18 at junction 1and then join the M20 motorway (signposted Cork). At junction 5 continue onto the N21 (signposted Tralee/Killarney). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Limerick road N21 and continue forward entering Adare. The main entrance to the resort is on your left hand side as you drive over the bridge coming into Adare.

Adare Golf Club ad Adare Manor venne progettato da Trent Jones Snr. Misura 7138 iarde partendo dai tee di campionato ed ha uno stile moderno, che si sviluppa tra bellissime aree verdi. Il campo comprende 3 laghi, uno dei quali ha una superficie di 14 acri, con intorno 4 buche. Ma l’emozione piu’ forte viene lasciata per la 18: una prova eccezionale, con il fiume Maigue che la attraversa per tutta la lunghezza, per poi dividere il green dal fairway creando un fantastico scenario con Adare Manor sullo sfondo. Il campo e’ stato sede degli Irish Open nel 2007, 2008 e 2009.
